I am having an issue with my materials library not loading into Revit I uninstalled the materials library and don’t know how to reinstall it.

Any help? I’ve had this issue while upgrading to ,18, and 19, each time the way I fixed it was to uninstall everything Revit, and all the libraries, then re download and installing a fresh copy of Revit.
