I’m really reviewing that game, because it uses the Half-Life engine to run, so you have to buy this. Counterstirke is awesome and amazing. Take a look at the website if you’ve never heard of it. As far as this game is alone, it never really grabbed my interest. That’s why I only gave 4 stars. But the fact that you can use this to access other games basically, it’s definately worth having. The game is good, but I’ve had a lot of difficulty making it work on my PC.
Not sure what the issue is. This is a great game to own and it is really fun but don’t expect a direct story being told to you like modern games. Also many people that have played Counter Strike will also enjoy this because this game is where the concept came from because if Half Life didn’t exist Counter Strike would never exist at all. Many CS players especially international CS Players don’t even know about half life and that is just plain sad lol but oh well they are missing out on a great game.
It wasn’t labeled “Game Of The Year” in it’s day for no reason. It is very fun to play and with a deep story line. Collect this and the entire series and you will have something truly fun and entertaining to share with the grand kids years from now when they want to see “those old games” that pop pop used to play.
