Even when I’d completed Horizon’s main campaign some 40 hours later, I couldn’t bring myself to stop playing the game because of its fantastic combat and plot. With its enormous enigma at its core, Horizon establishes a feeling of urgency right from the start. All along I was left wondering as to what Aloy and her primitive, feral machine-infested open world had in store for me.
