Cannot download games on windows 10

It’s valid as it was added to my account and avaliable downloads. The only problem is, it wont download. Sometimes with an error message 0x , sometimes it just forever says ‘starting download’.

EXE, signing out and in again, troubleshooting, checked for windows updates, and a combination of all these things, and it still doesn’t work.

I should mention running wsreset. I’ve also run everything as an admin and not as an admin just in case too. It also creates files that take up space, and I can’t delete even if I grant myself permission through security preferences. It’s an utter headache. Help would really be appreciated.
