[My internet download manager is not showing

Ask a new question. I recently purchased this laptop with Internet Explorer 9 for school use. I am unable to open any attachments from my school website and ingernet my hotmail account. The download manager shows читать статью attachments downloading, but it http://replace.me/7488.txt over 24 my internet download manager is not showing and then it quits and I am unable to download my attachments. This is ridiculous since I spent a fortune on this laptop to be able to do my coursework.

Why can’t I download anything anymore? Please tell me how to fix this problem. The system shows these docs downloading but will not open or complete the downloads! Please Help I need these downloads for school! Question: What security programs firewall, antivirus, security suite, etc. Does the problem shwing away if security programs are disabled just long enough my internet download manager is not showing test one download?
