I just checked with my client and his Outlook is still running normally. I can’t say which one was the solution for sure, but I am guessing it was the 64bit install that actually fixed the issue. What I did was create a new profile for my client, then I started up Outlook and told it that I did not want to setup an email account. Not sure if it even mattered though. All in the last 2 weeks. Win 7. Don’t recall if it happened on any Windows 10 box. I just had Outlook hang at the starting screen.
